ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS - OFFICIAL AIR CADET SUPPLIES
Air Cadet League of Canada pledges the best service we can provide and personal attention for every order placed. CHOOSE ANY ONE OF THREE WAYS TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1. ORDER BY MAIL
Please allow for postal delivery time (for verification of Canada Post delivery standards check out www.canadapost.ca). Complete the order form and mail to Air Cadet League Headquarters. Payment must accompany order in the form of a cheque*, money order, and MasterCard, Visa or Amex number and expiration date. DO NOT SEND CASH.
2. ORDER BY FAX
To order by Fax, complete the order form and fax it to our 24 hour fax line (613) 991-4347. Please use dark ink and write legibly, supply MasterCard, Visa or Amex number and expiration date.
3. ORDER BY PHONE
Phones are staffed 0800-1600 hours EST, Monday to Friday. Call Toll Free 1-877-422-6359. Please be prepared to give us your credit card number and expiration date.
Be sure to complete all sections of the Order Form including Catalogue Number. If an item is out-of-stock, it will be sent as soon as stocks are received unless you designate on the order form to not back order any items.
We are required by law to collect Provincial Sales Tax on orders - including shipping and handling to Ontario locations.
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise arranged. All shipping charges must be paid for by the customer. Please include a telephone number where you can be reached during the day in case we require clarification. The shipping and handling fees will be charged as per weight and size of the package unless paying by cheque* to any address in Canada.
NOTE: Please do not send credit card numbers by e-mail, as your credit card numbers are not secured through Internet e-mail. For your protection, send all orders by telephone, mail and /or fax.
